    Item arrived damaged. Left side of the frame was bent, causing a warped fun house look. Customer service was unhelpul, saying I'd have to drop it off at a store or FedEx for a return. Living in New York without a car, and this being a big bulky item, makes that a big challenge. Overall good looking mirror but poor quality and poor customer service.

    I never received my mirror and I cannot contact a real person to even get a refund. Everything I click or number I try to call only gives me a generic “delayed” message. It has been three months and I still have not received the mirror or my money back.
