Absolute trash.
Absolutely AWFUL pillows. Convinced the existing reviews are fake. These pillows are lumpy and FLAT. Writing this in the middle of a night where I am unable to sleep because these pillows are absolute trash and hurting my neck and back. Returning them first thing tomorrow. DO NOT BUY!!!

Regarding the issues you mentioned: lumpiness typically happens when pillows are improperly cared for, particularly if they are not dried thoroughly after washing. As stated in the care instructions, the pillows must be dried completely on a low heat setting with dryer balls to maintain their even fill and prevent clumping. Skipping this step or allowing moisture to remain inside the pillow can absolutely lead to the problems you described. It sounds like the medium density and plush design may not have matched your sleep preference, and that's understandable—pillow comfort is very personal. The Best Versatile Pillow!
I love that as a sleeper whom tosses and turns all night that I am comfortable throughout the night with using this pillow. My neck never hurts and the material is great even though I have really bad allergies. The bamboo does not trigger my allergies at all. I love how easy it is to remove the covers and wash!

Best pillows ever
I cannot recommend these pillows enough. They are so comfortable and great quality. You can adjust the firmness by removing or adding stuffing. Great size and great value for the cost. I have slept so well with these pillows, But they are super comfy. It helps with my husband's snoring.
