Terrible Shipping

I ordered the beige couch and the items all arrived separately, I received three out of the four boxes and none of them were the right color they sent me the yellow one instead I called customer service and they suggested for me to place another order so I did while refunding this one, but when the second order arrived, it was also the wrong color.
