The Active Cooling Copper Topper
The Active Cooling Copper Topper in my opinion does nothing to help cool the bed. I use cotton sheets and was far cooler on my old style cooling mattress cover. The topper has maintained a ridge in the middle where it was folded for shipping but that does not appear to impact the comfort of the topper. I believe this topper to be a nice pillow top addition to the bed that is not truly of any value and definitely not worth the expense.

My wife really likes it. She finally sleeps well through the night without waking up all the time to adjust. I have the cooling topper and the cooling pillow top cover. I DONT have cooling sheets so my wife will still get hot sometimes. But we have ordered some better sheets and hopefully that will make things better. We are happy with our purchase.

I think it’s great. Bought it for being a foam topper highly recommended on one of the internet sites i tend to trust & for copper. It’s true it totally runs hot even with cooling mattress cover i also purchased. If you like sleeping naked (bc it runs hot) you’re golden. If you not sleeping naked but also don’t mind waking up from an awesomely restful sleep moist, you’re also golden. If you’re not in the golden category then think about your reality. It would have been nice to be offered the 20% off for the order i placed vs after.

Cooling wouldn’t be my description
This is a very comfortable pad, but I don’t think “cooling” should be the main descriptor as I honestly haven’t noticed any difference. The cover fabric is very slippery which is awkward. I loved the idea about the corner straps, but they are too close to the corner and pop off easily. We have to reposition daily. I’m still within my return period and seriously considering sending it back. Even though it is comfortable, the slippery element & corner straps readjusting are enough of a hassle that I’m not sure it is worth keeping.

While this topper does cool the bed slightly, it is very soft and we sunk into it. The copper cover that we had to put on the topper once it was unrolled was very, very difficult to put on and the mattress just barely fit inside of it.

I'm a 270lbs side sleeper with lower back issues and an almost 10yr mattress in good shape, given its age. Wanted a topper to firm it up and resurrect some support lost. My sister has a viscosoft topper Ive been impressed by, so I decided to give their cooling model a try. Once received, the foam felt significantly less firm than my sister's, accentuating the slight sag to an unbearable degree instead of fixing it. After a week, I returned it. It has been completely hassle free, no hoop jumping or fine print to lawyer over. After a poor experience with an expensive return elsewhere a while back, I was impressed and grateful with how smooth the process went, so a+ for the company, they stand by their risk free policy. Back to the topper, I think it would add a much appreciated comfort layer on a mattress that is too firm for the lighter of us out there, but would not recommend as a fix for a sag, no matter how slight.

Joint Pain
Helped a lot took a few days of more joint pain. As my body readjusted to the gel conforming cooling properties of the copper infused mattress topper. As the days pass by my body has began to relax at night and now I am just working on finding my best sleep position. Thank you.
