    Shipping company destroyed the box but delivered it anyway

    This is not the chair company's fault, but my chair was delivered in a box that was literally held together with a few flimsy pieces of tape. It definitely looked as if some of the parts had fallen out through the gaping holes. Instead of returning the box they destroyed to the seller and admitting their fault, the shipper slapped on a few pieces of tape, delivered the chair and stuck me with the unwelcome task of returning a large destroyed box. Extremely unprofessional and a huge annoying waste of time.
