I like that this helps relax your muscles. I take mine at night. I also like that it doesn’t have gluten and other things. Vegan capsule is great!

These claim to help relax muscles, help with calcium utilization, and in general help support your immune system! It contains 71% DV of magnesium! Overall I would say these vitamins were okay. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, these didn’t super help with any muscle relaxation. I haven’t done anything recently to have a flare up in pain, so I would be interested to try these when I am having a bad pain day. It’s hard to speak to overall immune health and calcium utilization. The pills themself were capsules filled with white powder and didn’t have a taste. As someone who regularly takes vitamins (iron and vitamin c) it was easy to incorporate into my routine. I get most of my magnesium intake from my almond milk and spinach, but this probably helped me get to 100% every day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I think these are a decent vitamin. I didn’t feel a huge change overall but did feel a bit more energy and not so stiff. Sometimes while sitting for an extended time at work my joints feel a bit stiff and these seemed a to help a little bit. I do take a multivitamin so I do not know how helpful it would be to keep taking these or not. I need to do more research.

I’ve tried this magnesium vitamin to help relax my muscles and it could be a placebo effect, but I’ve noticed some of the soreness in my delts decreasing. The vitamin itself is easy to take with no after taste.

Like most others with ADHD, falling asleep isn’t our strong suit. I turned to magnesium a year ago when I heard it was a good supplement for those with ADHD because it also acts as a muscle relaxer. I’ve loved incorporating these Country Life supplements because they’re easy to swallow, a potent magnesium concentrate, and don’t smell!

I work out a lot, so I thought they might be helpful for muscle soreness or tension. However, I still think stretching and drinking water are the two best remedies for that.
