Description

Rigati may refer to pasta with ridges or grooves, Curvi Rigati is made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat. They are dried slowly and at low temperatures to retain the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, including protein.
The shape of the Curvi Rigati is close to that of the shells. Sabbiatos pasta is made from 100% select durum wheat semolina flour. For Authentic "al dente" pasta, lightly salt pot of water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and stir occasionally. Test after 9 minutes for desired tenderness. If needed allow one more minute of cooking. Pasta should have a slight firmness when bitten.
