I bought this cake mix to use with a recipe for a gluten free almond cake mentioned in a recent King Arthur catalog. Several reviewers mentioned making the cake vegan so I tried that too. It was FANTASTIC! No one could tell it was gluten free or vegan. I would definitely buy this mix again!

I have bought cake mix this so many times! I always keep a couple of these in my pantry. My family prefers this to the non-gluten-free cake mixes. The flavor is excellent, the texture is moist and not heavy. Far surpasses other brands I’ve tried.
