    Disappointing

    Takes softened butter and oil, eggs milk and a mixer. I made cupcakes and they were dry and disappointing. Chocolate gf cake much easier to make, moister, and have bought several times. Will not buy yellow again.

    gluten free cake mix

    I have 2 friends who are gluten free, and I have tried other mixes that did not turn out well. This mix however was a hit! You would never have known that it was gluten free. I also appreciated that there was an alternative direction to make a marble cake.

    GF cakes are finicky to make and to get close to regular cakes I. Tase and mouth feel. KA has done a great job at this mix. So easy if you follow the directions.

    Super Easy Way to Create a Moist GF Layer Cake

    Works perfectly every time and is my go to when I want an easy to make GF layer cake. I have also used it to make cupcakes with good results. I think the best part is having people tell me that there is no way this is GF cake. High altitude baking is always tricky, and this mix is a easy way to ensure good results that are moist and tender. Hard to achieve with GF cakes in any situation but at high altitude it can be a real challenge.

    Yellow or white cake is hubby’s favorite. This mix is delightful and delicious! I do recommend checking it at least 5-7 minutes before the earliest time on the box. For moist g-free cakes, let them finish cooking/baking in the pan as it cools. This mix never disappoints!
