Frame came bent, and in 2 giant boxes. Extremely disappointed in the quality and ghe transfer of the black powder coat only my hands before I’ve even unwrapped it.

Just a little small

The assembly experience with the provided Allen key was a bit tedious...super annoying...use a drill if you have one. This furniture set is much smaller than I expected...if you're over 5'4", there won't be enough seating space. The cushions are thin, but thicker would take up too much space. All in all...you get what you pay for...it didn't meet my expectations, but we'll try to make it work...it's mostly attractive.

Excellent value! I love this set. Don't let the price fool you; it works just as well as more expensive ones. It arrived in just three days, which is super fast. I was missing a box, and it arrived the next day. Assembling it wasn't difficult, just a little time-consuming. Using your own tools speeds things up. The included cover isn't completely waterproof, but it seems to be effective at keeping out morning dew. I'll be buying a better cover and will definitely be buying again. The cushions are nice and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It looks great on my patio.

This seat set is amazing. Did it come in a bunch of boxes? Yes. Did my husband, who does diesel engine repairs, need to get tools from the repair shop? Yes. It took the three of us several hours to put it together. While it's 100% possible with just the provided tools, I 100% wouldn't recommend it. We received all the parts, and while the assembly process was tedious, it was fairly easy to follow. For the price, it's 100% worth it. All the holes lined up perfectly, but you have to be careful to hand-tighten everything before you put it together. Otherwise, if one bolt is fully tightened before the others are even in place, the parts won't line up properly. We have a large family, and these seats are very comfortable. The cover is very easy to put on and take off, as long as you pay attention to the seams in the corners. Overall, we're very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful patio set and great customer service

This product is both beautiful and durable. I was previously sent the wrong parts, and the company shipped them to me overnight. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this product. I ordered the gray one, and it looks beautiful on my patio.

Requires power tools to assemble

If you're considering using their Allen wrench to tighten 60 or so bolts, good luck. The finished product is pretty good, but I didn't give it five stars, mainly because the footstool cushion sits directly on top of the footrest. There are no straps or places to secure the cushion. And it might have shipped in two parts. The packaging did say so, but I didn't realize it until I chased the FedEx driver, thinking a box was missing.
