Lemons are often expensive; limes are sometimes cheaper. But if one is cooking in a hurry, having lemon extract on hand is a plus. I appreciate this organic certified product. Thank you!

I'm trying new things. I have been very happy with the reaction of my gluten free grandkids to the products I get in Swanson, so when I needed flavoring for my baking I decided to add a few to the list. Everything I made, cookies, a pound cake, a cranberry bread, and a banana loaf, were delicious! If course, I take most of the credit, but this is truly a lovely flavoring with a delightful taste. I'm very glad I purchased this lemon extract.
