This is the best multi I've used in some time & think I feel better after using it going on my 2nd refill

I BUY MENS AND WOMENS IN THIS LIVING GREEN MULTI-GELCAP. The larger bottle lasts each of us a few months, using 2 of the 3 recommended dosage, or even using the 3 gelcaps. 'Living Green' is a great IRWIN co. product. The gelcaps contain lots of the scientifically researched additions to our vitamin/herb needs. This lets me buy less of the herbs & modulates the need for purchasing the other vitamins we used to have to buy as supplements for our various health conditions. My husband has let me buy him the Mens' gelcap Multi for a few years now, and he's happy with using 2 a day of the 3 recommended. He's not working now due to Covid19 state restrictions, and he is Hi Risk due to last year's heart attack & other muscular-skeletal problems that herbal/vitamin applications are a great alternative to dangerous prescriptive chemicals of deadly side effects. He's happy with the men's formulation for his hormonal & muscle needs. When he's run out of these & I force mine on him, he's worried about 'feminizing effects'...but I don't get any overly feminizing effects so why should he? I studied all the components outside of what Swanson has given us for herb/vitamin ingrediants, and find them helpful, even at the small amounts they're able to squeeze into the gelcap. With a gelcap having liquid in them instead of the powderized factory ingrediants, the maker can give us a greater concentrated ingrediant which is more bio-available; breaking down quicker in our digestive tract & being absorbed into the mucosa of our bowel, intestien, stomach and blood. All the analysis reviews of comparative bio-availability show that liquid concentrations have better quality to their efficacy/effectiveness & how much more pure these are for our benefit, not for the benefit of pill/capsule makers who have additives to make their machinery work faster. I buy Men's version of Living Green multivitamin/mineral/herb formula for my husband. He takes 2 of the 3 dailys recommended. With a heart attack last Fall, we're careful about any bloodthinning herbs or Vit E, which even most doctors don't know will thin the blood! Thanks to Swanson's information, we know more than some doctors! Getting my husband to take what he should for a 72 yr old who is trying to recuperate from heart attack, stay healthy against Covid19 so he can return to work in NC soon as this state's deeming it safe for him to work HVAC in a dozen or so homes every day on his job, where many folks don't wear masks to protect others, nor themselves! So, we have to! Relying heavily on the Good Name that Irwin Naturals has made for itself in its good quality ingredients and formulation, plus I am sold on the better quality that a Soft Gel with liquid concentrates give us than a factory-made POWDER! He gets a quicker lift from its energizing components than from powder-contents capsules, too. The price is equal to the Health & Safety I give my husband, in a product I have good faith in and proven results. There are similar products on shelves that cost 4 times more and don't have the reputations Trustworthiness that Irwin has. I like ANYTHING that starts out by NOT ADVERTISING ON TV! That is a smart use of their profits, so I give great credit to a company not starting out by buying bragging "rights" they did not earn, and bothering folks who aren't shopping for vitamins while watching tv! That's obnoxious, so I don't buy anything thats advertised on tv! Irwin Naturals is right where its smart to be: in the distributor/catalog and online salespages of Swanson; a leader in vitamin/mineral/herb and health products sales pages! This particular formula doesn't say for Seniors, but as long as he dials down the dosage, and we get the other vital ingrediants that he's missing if he takes less in the Living Greens, then he's getting what he needs at his age & activity level.

This is the best multi-vitamin pill I've taken. It doesn't create any stomoch upset and helps keep your energy levels up. The only drawback is if you don't keep the lid on tight, moisture makes the gels stick to each other sometimes. It is especially good in hot climates when one is constanlty sweating out minerals. There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in these gels and they make all the difference.

The directions say take them three times a day but I found they work much better if I take all three in the morning.

This multi vitamin / mineral / nutrient is a great product ! It covers all vitamin and mineral supplement groups, less Iron or Calcium - which you can take separately, if needed. i have a VERY sensitive stomach, but i tolerate this product fine.

I have been using this for several years, however, the last bottle I received seems to have a strong pungent odor that I don't recall in previous bottles. Not sure why? The number on the bottom of the bottle is S18B086
