Dissipointing

First off I could hardly get it out of the box, it was packed so tightly. Secondly the material was not what I was expecting. And the worst thing is it’s flat, I laid it out on the floor for two days hoping it would puff up something like in the advertisement but it hasn’t filled out yet. I’m so disappointed! I’m disabled and wanted this to help prop me up while in bed. It’s terrible! Because I’m disabled I’m unable to squeeze it back in the box and return it. I’m stuck with it and very disappointed. I do not recommend buying this, the back rest looks nothing like the advertisement.
