    Solid machine

    Machine is solid and performs as designed. I bought primarily for core stabilization, and I can already tell it will be good for that. I also wanted to see if it could help with my balance because of nerve damage from surgery in both legs - only time will tell if it helps but my guess is it will make a positive difference based on one weeks usage.

    Love this!

    My husband and I use this several times a week and for various reasons. I find it helps me wake up in the morning and get my body ready to face the day. At night, it helps calm my nervous system. So, I use it at different times of the day depending on what I need most. My husband has a physical job. The Rumblex helps reduce pain and tension in his over-used muscles.
