    Something is up

    I have this soup semi-regularly, and have generally enjoyed it for a canned soup. The last two I've purchased, however, have tasted very off --chalky, as if they've added flour to the chicken broth. I'm not someone that typically shakes salt on every meal, but this soup was awful and called for it in order to make it *barely* edible. After seeing the reviews below, all within the last month, it's clear to me that Progresso has cut some corners somewhere. I won't be repurchasing.

    Awful...

    I usually eat another brand of this exact soup. It spoiled me as I could barely stand the Progresso brand of the Italian Style-Wedding Soup. The Progresso was half the price of the one I usually eat and I couldn't believe, with nearly the exact same ingredients, that it would truly be that different. My wallet desperately wanted to believe they would taste comparable. WRONG!!! The Progresso brand was disgusting. I wouldn't eat it again if it was FREE!!!

    Could eat it

    I've had wedding soup before but this tasted strange. I hate to waste food and tried to force myself but the taste was off and the texture a bit slimy. I got it earlier in the year but haven't had it very long. Even so, maybe it was expired?
