The best for catfish in a deep fryer

Flour based not corn meal like their original crispy package (and most other brands). Don't need any other seasoning. Just rinse off, dip in this on a plate, flip. Put directly in the deep fryer. I used the Masterbuilt/Butterball XL with vegetable oil at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes for 3 big catfish filets at a time (was cooking to order for a party) and it turned out amazing. Rested on a wire rack after pulling it out. People that barely nibble on my food came back for seconds. Everyone commented on how crunchy the breading was and how good it tasted. They were amazed when I said I didn't add any other flavors. Will definitely buy forever. (I also used the blue crispy package and it was good but like everything else. Not remarkable)
