No additives, preservatives, or artificial colors. Unlike traditional olives, these new Pearls are not treated with ferrous gluconate, preserving the olives’ natural brown-black color. Our “fresh cure” technique is simply the best way to make the most delicious “clean label” olive possible. Ideal for all your meal (pizza, pasta, salads), charcuterie board, and snacking needs. The best olives

I am an olive aficionado and have a strong preference for Pearls. I’m not sure if it’s the sea salt, but these olives are just superior to any store or value brand. I always have extra cans on hand and just snack on them. This can is the perfect size!
