Q: can this be used as a meal replacement or is is only for a Pre or post workout?

A: While there is no regulatory definition of a meal replacement, there is a general marketplace “guideline” that a meal replacement would typically contain 1/3 of your daily intake including 20+ vitamins and minerals (at good/excellent source). Calories are a little too low for a meal replacement and there are only 7 vitamins and minerals at good/excellent source of.

Expired. Beware of Target.
I buy these all the time. I will never buy them from Target again. They are expired. I found out by some gross stuff coming out of it! Bought them in February 2025 they expired in November 2024! Do better Target!!!

My favorite flavor
This is my go-to protein shake. The chocolate flavor is my favorite as it doesn't taste chalky or weird...just like a super creamy chocolate milkshake! It works well as a meal replacement or an on-the-go pick me up. It never upsets my stomach or leaves any odd aftertaste in my mouth. It just works!

Something worth keeping in the Pantry
Excellent product! My husband Dies a lot of outside work (especially during the spring/summer time) and tends to loose a lot of weight. He takes this between breaks to keep up the stamina and it has successfully kept his weight stable.

Too sweet, tastes gross.
Awful taste. Way too sweet. It’s a protein shake, it’s doesn’t need to be a decadent dessert. The artificial sweetener is so evident.
