I'm enjoying this medium roast in my French Press. It has a nice full body, hints of chocolate, is not acidic whatsoever. Very balanced, nice beans. I like to make it on the strong side, a nice coffee punch in the morning, especially if consumed slowly. It's a 41/2 star coffee for me. I'd buy again.
