Do not use more than directed (see overdose warning). Do not take this product for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor Adults and children 12 years of age and over take 2 capsules every 4 hours. Do not take more than 12 capsules in 24 hours Children under 12 years of age. A: Hi, adults and children over 12 may take 2 capsules every 4 hours. Please refer to the Directions on the image of the box above. Good and fast acting
This product works great for a cold. I do think it's fast acting but it makes me super drowsy. I use this only if the yellow one isn't available. This one still works just as good though!

On the mild side
This worked great for a mild cold, but what i got now it’s just not strong enough. If you got the flu like body ache sore throat headache, don’t get this.

Definitely something you need to have in your medicine cabinet! I have a somewhat weak immune system, so if I ever get sick, it is an extremely rough time for me. I ended up with an awful cold (sore throat, loss of appetite, fever, sinus pain, headache, and body aches). I didn't take it until the end of the first day since I didn't feel good to eat anything, but when I did, it eliminated my joint/ body aches and fever within 10 minutes. I'm now on day two and, although still not close to 100%, feel a difference and am sure a second dose will clear me some more. A huge difference since I'm usually out a week during a cold or flu.
