So glad Target is carrying this brand! We live in an area with few choices when it comes to food shopping. A lot of brands and items we've enjoyed in the past, living elsewhere are difficult to find. We LOVE this nutty, earthy, yummy rice. Yes, it takes a while to cook, but don't let that turn you off from trying it. It's absolutely worth the slow cook. We'll be stocking up as long as Target continues to sell it! (Please, please, please!!!)

I absolutely love this rice blend! It's got a nutty flavor to it. I cooked it with chicken broth & a tablespoon of butter & it came out delicious. Served with chicken & my favorite green beans with almonds. Can't wait to try it in a soup when it gets cold out!

This rice blend is more tasty than my brown or long grain rice. From now on, I'm staying with Lundberg Family Farms Wild Blend Rice. I made it with low sodium chicken broth instead of just water. I made a dish with vegetables and toasted sunflower seeds and this rice. Delicious !
