It was missing from my local grocer for a short while, and returned with less chocolate than the regular milk chocolate syrup. Oh well, another product for the list of "can't buy anymore "...

I got this syrup because they were out of the original and I wanted to make chocolate milk. It does not taste like dark chocolate. It takes a lot more of this syrup than the original to make milk even taste like chocolate at all. It has a less chemical-like aftertaste than the original but it also seems more diluted in flavor. I think the original is better personally.

Love this stuff and it's getting hard to find in most of my local grocery stores. If you want good chocolate for a variety of uses, this is it. Dark is always better and more "chocolaty" tasting.
