This classic nostalgia never disappoints
The flavor is the same profile we are accustomed to of that of Hershey’s, particular in syrup form. No funky aftertaste which makes it neutral to put on anything that requires a chocolate syrup. Can pour onto anything or mix into a dairy drink.

Add some cocoa. Too sweet, not enough cocoa
This is overly sweet and not chocolate enough. I added a tiny bit of cocoa powder to my milk, along with this, and that seemed to do the trick. After that it was perfect and a healthier option than the original syrup.

has inverted cane sugar Involves breaking the bond between glucose and fructose in sucrose, resulting in a mixture of free glucose and free fructose. It is way better than CORN SYRUP!!!

I really like that this is healthier than regular chocolate syrup. There is no high fructose corn syrup in it and only 5 ingredients. No artificial ingredients. The grandchildren love it and ask for choco milk!

Bought this for being advertised as “better” ingredients but it has a terrible metallic taste. It left a bad aftertaste and was soooo runny. Nobody liked it. Kids too.

Not too bad in unsweetened almond milk
Tried this one instead of the regular milk chocolate syrup in unsweetened almond milk to cut calories and sugar intake. It tastes a bit different, yeah, but it's not bad. Didn't notice an after taste. It's a little less sweet, but that's it. The special dark syrup actually has 1 gram less of added sugar and the same calories per 1 tbsp serving, so I will be trying that one next!

At home, we always try to use products that are as close to natural as possible, no reason to put artificial dies and chemicals into our food. So in the past, I always kind of stayed away from Hershey syrups.. But was so excited to see this available. And we were absolutely blown away by delicious flavor. Usually, as an added treat, we will make milkshakes once or twice a month. This has been a perfect addition. It’s awesome to see a Co. making products that are healthier and better for their consumers.. Thank you Hershey!!
