A: I used a warm water bath (hot/warm water in a large cup/bowl). Never microwave!!! Microwaving may damage the pouch, create hot pockets in milk and ruin the quality of the milk. It also helps to allow the bag to thaw in the fridge before use (move a bag from the freezer to the fridge when you grab the thawed bag from the fridge to warm and feed).

A: You don't need to use the Kiinde warmer. We filled a coffee mug half full with water and heated it up. Once the water was warm (approx. 45 seconds in our microwave) we placed the sealed Kiinde bag in the water to warm the milk. Directly microwaving milk or formula is not recommended as this can create hot spots which would burn or scald your baby. I liked the Kiinde milk storage bags as they are sturdy, stand upright and have a nice twist cap.

A: They could be I guess if you wanted to go thru trying to clean them. They're durable. But I always just threw them away after I used them once. But they're great

A: Disposable, not recommended to reuse.

A: Yup! I use it with my medela advanced pump and it works great!

A: The kit comes with all the adapters needed to use different breast pumps and even to attach different types and brands of nipples and bottle tops.

A: It is possible if you follow CDC guidelines for storing milk. Best practice is to combine milk when it is the same temperature.

A: You are able to squeeze the air out before feeding your baby. Once your baby is eating, no air should get back into the pouch. It will collapse as your baby empties it.

A: You can thaw your milk by placing the frozen pouch in the refrigerator over night, or you can use the Kiinde Kozii warmer with SafeHeat technology to gently thaw and warm the milk.

A: Yes! The Kiinde Twist sstem is compatible with all Medela pumps using the "standard" adapter and with all Spectra pumps using the "AVENT/Spectra" adapter.

A: This product does not come with the adapters included. Adapters are included in the sets and kits. The Twist Gift Set and Twist Starter Kit both contain on set of all 7 adapters. The adapters are reusable and dishwasher safe.

A: The adapters are included in all of the Kiinde sets and kits. Adapters are not included with this product.
