Not our favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this product because I've never used a concentrated oil before. The initial smell when you open the bottle really threw me off. The flavor was just "spicy" without much else going for it. I could tolerate the heat level but it was too spicy for the rest of my family to enjoy. The ingredients on the label has a lot of unnecessary extras. I'll stick to Zatarain's other products instead.

Restaurant-Quality Flavor Right at Home!

It made the whole meal taste like something straight from a restaurant — bold, spicy, and full of that classic southern kick. Super easy to use and really brought out the flavor in the seafood. Definitely a must-have for any seafood night!

Great for Gumbo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not make Cajun food often, but this is great for all kinds of fish, crab, any seafood. I used it to make a gumbo and it was great. It was however, too spicy for my family. I suggest that you use very little and add it to taste. A little bit goes a long way!

Tastes good

Not just for seafood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this seasoning in a seafood soup. I mixed everything in a bot and adding seasoning gave it a good stir and let it cook and checked it about half way through and tasted it to see if I needed more. The seasoning is very concentrated so I would suggest starting light and add more as needed. I will definitely purchase this seasoning for future soups and boils.

Big Cajun Flavor in a Small Bottle

I used it for shrimp and corn, and it came out amazing. Just be careful, it's concentrated, so start with less and add more if you need the heat.
