Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Deep Clean Dental Floss Cool Mint

They recently changed this floss - it used to be my favorite. Now it's so thin I may as well get dollar store dental floss. No longer worth it.

This stuff is AWFUL! I was a huge fan of their glide in the deep blue pack — best dental floss ever. This stuff has a terrible mouth feel — like trying to floss with Easter grass. It’s just gross. Now I’ll have to find a new brand. This stuff is absolute rubbish.

Cheap & horrible. This floss is thinner and curls up too much doesn’t straighten out and the container doesn’t close all the way either which makes me think it’s not sterile anymore.

Not pleased with CHANGE to texture for this floss. Oral B was better previously, had a waxed coating which did not battle the flossing process.

Cleans extremely thoroughly

This was a really good product, and I was willing to pay more for it. With whatever they changed, it’s just bad overall and not worth the price. I think the regular cheap floss is actually better now.

The old Glide went between your teeth with no problem, the new texture curls up and is very thin and non effective. Oral b messed up a good quality dental floss.

I was shocked how bad this new product is. I used to love this dental floss. I hope Glide goes back to the original.

New formula is horrible. Have been using this for years, but am gonna find a replacement. The new formula is beyond terrible. Why would they fix something that wasn’t broken?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this floss for years. Leaves such a clean and fresh feeling, easy to manipulate, and one pack lasts for a while. I also like that it has the lid that flips up and seals close to maintain its cleanliness especially when traveling.

I have been using the Glide Pro Heath Deep Clean Mint Floss for the past several years up until recently. They have changed the formula (not in a good way). Oral B has new “Micro Textured” materials. This new floss feels like you are putting thin sliced plastic into your mouth. Where it says it’s supposed to feel like “satin texture”. Why I dislike it: -feels like plastic in my mouth. -not a deep clean feel, as nothing sticks on the floss when I am cleaning in between teeth. -TMI, but when I am flossing and let’s face it I am really up close in the bathroom mirror going tooth-by-tooth if there is a big debris and since nothing sticks to the floss all the particles fly onto the mirror. Causing a bigger mess than needed. Why I miss the old formula: -I would assume less plastic. -It felt like a better deep clean. -Items stuck to the actual piece of floss. -Was loyal for over 8 years with the former formula. I hope Oral B goes back to the old formula, and if not navigate me to a floss that works like the old one use to.

Used this floss for years & the change is absolutely horrible

What in the world made them change the texture of this? I’ve been using this floss for years but not anymore. And from the reviews I’m reading, I won’t be the only one. Way to lose $$

This is great dental floss, it doesn’t shred, break or get stuck in your teeth.

I have been using this dental floss for years. Yesterday I opened a new pack and it's completely different. You can feel it right away when you're holding it.

It isn't often that a "new and improved" product goes so totally wrong but that is exactly what happened when you messed with the composition of this floss. It is horrible!!! The new floss feels more like "cheap plastic tape" or a "plastic bag" rather than the smooth, gliding floss that you had before. The new texture also makes it difficult to use and it is less effective at cleaning between teeth. Oral B - please go back to the original composition of this product!!

Oral B has changed their floss & the new version is horrendous.. It feels like I’m flossing with a piece of cheap, tinsel like plastic. It snaps into my gums, causing discomfort & it shreds. I had been using the old type for 15 years. I don’t understand why they changed a great floss.

The floss has changed, it’s so thin & does nothing. I paid more money for floss that I liked & was effective. Not anymore, lost me as a customer.

Like everyone else is saying the floss is different. Not as smooth as it used to be. Completely changed the floss without telling us. I guess this recession is hitting everyone hard lol gotta find a new floss brand now which makes me mad cause I loved this one.
