Get over the P65 "warning"
Everyone complaining about the “new” P65 warning obviously doesn’t live in California. This warning is literally EVERYWHERE. Going to Disneyland? It has this warning. Buying a car? Same warning. Going out to a restaurant? If you care about this warning you’re better off staying home and eating the maybe 5 things that don’t have this warning. You’re only noticing it now because it’s cheaper to print it on all states labels than having different labels for just product sold in California. It’s no big deal!

tostadas
my favorite ramen for store bought shelf stable, I prefer this as well as the Miso flavor. the price is good for being imported, I'm glad to have something nastolgic for comfort. batata, green onions and french green beans are My favorite vegetables add to this flavor it's better for vegetable with the chicken broth packets.

Birth Defects?
Birth Defects? There's a label on this product that completely repelled me from tasting it. I wish it was organic.

My Personal Favorite
I have been eating this ramen almost exclusively since I was a small child. I have tried all the cheap brands but honestly they are kind of gross. Sapporo Ichiban has the absolute best flavor. As for those of you that think it contains lead, I'm not sure why you think this but I think you have been misinformed. I will shortly be 61yo and as I said I have been eating this since I started solid food so if that were the case I would be dead by now.

The amount of misinformation in the reviews is mind-blowing
I don't usually write these things, but the hysteria and misinformation in the reviews about the Prop65 warning on the packaging are staggering. You'll find a lot of products shipped from Asia are slapped with the P65 label on all their American packaging because it saves manufacturers time. It's a warning, NOT a declaration of lead contamination. For example - PFAS MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT be present in the packaging to make it non-stick. Are you going to eat the packaging? Anyone from CA knows the label is overused to the point of being meaningless. With that off my chest, I can review the actual taste. This ramen is excellent, true to the Japanese instant noodle taste. Salty umami, with al dente noodles. Sprinkle some scallions on top, maybe add red pepper powder to spice up the broth. To make it hearty, you can add pork slices or a softboiled egg. My mouth waters just thinking about it. Fall and winter, I'll get cravings for this almost at least thrice a week. I'm usually a hardcore Korean ramen fan, but Sapporo Ichiban just has this clean, simple flavor that nothing else compares to.

This tastes like a better version of Maruchan Beef flavor ramen
This tastes like a better version of Maruchan Beef flavor ramen, but it's also saltier. Maruchan has a chemical beef taste. This does not have a chemical taste. You're gonna definetly want to use only half the soup base packet: 1870 mg Sodium vs 830 mg in a Maruchan ramen.

The best Store Ramen ever!!
This is literally the best store bought ramen I have ever had. It suggests to dress it up with veggies and or eggs but by itself you can literally drink the broth and all. It is not salty either. I wish I would have discovered this sooner.

Best ramen!
In my opinion, this ramen is the closest store brought pack of ramen you can get to restaurant style. It is absolutely delicious! I often add in other things like meat, bok choy, and green onions. It’s delicious!

Prop65 warning
This product has a prop65 warning on it now. I’ve been buying it for years and never noticed this warning on the label til last week. It contains lead and can cause cancer. Will never purchase again. They should not sell this product anymore.

Contains lead
They contain lead. The lead notice is on the label of the physical packaging. Yes that's right, leaded ramen.
