I really like this brand for taste and value. Not cheap but a jar will easily support 3-dinner-sized portions - it’s easy, fast (scoop and stir on fresh hot pasta) and tastes great.

If you are expecting real pesto this is not for you. If you like American pesto that tastes a bit like vodka and licorice then you may be fine with this.

Creamy Genovese Pesto- NOT in this house again!
I never met a pesto dish I didn't love until we tried this last night. Previously we've used several brands of jarred pesto, but I could not eat this! I didn't expect a "creamy" version to be that different, but it was. Simple meal- grilled chicken, Barilla spaghetti with Barilla Creamy Genovese Pesto. We never tried "creamy" before, but I couldn't imagine it would be that different. My husband didn't like it either, but he was starving & ate his. NEVER again!
