Q: I recieved this as a gift band have had it laying flat for over a week. Some of it expanded but much of it did not. Any suggestions?

  • A: Hey SubDriver 75, We're sorry to hear you're having issues with expansion. Full expansion times may vary depending on how long the mattress topper has been in packaging. It may take just a few days or a few weeks. There are a few things that may help open up the foam pores and speed up the expansion process. Foam reacts best to warmer temperatures. Because of this, we recommend setting the mattress topper next to a window with sunlight or next to a heater. Walk along the mattress topper with clean feet as this will unpinch certain areas. Somethings Wrong

I recieved this as a gift. The instructions say to lay out flat for 72 hours for it to expand. It has now been laying flat for over 2 weeks and it is still not fully expanded. I submitted a question but no response
