I've been looking for a gummie fiber and tried various ones - the ones I didn't try are the ones with "monk fruit" cause I'm allergic to those. The other brand that is popular has "glucose" in it and that raises my blood sugar. This is the best one out of them all - doesn't raise blood sugar, and chews up well, and best of all they are not rubbery like. I take 3 in the morning with coffee. It makes me regular the next day - it is not instant because it is not a laxative - it is fiber that helps push things through. Sometimes I'll take one more in the evening. This has helped me tremendously after having surgery.

Take it easy.
What ever you do, ease your way into taking these. Meaning, one gummy a day. If you speed into the process and take 2-3 right away, you may experience constipation and hard stools. Consider stool softeners along with the fiber gummies maybe.

Xylitol kills your bacteria
Taste ok. Not as effective as powder. But why add xylitol ? It kills your gut bacteria.

This brand is JUNK, SCAM, AND NEEDS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! You have to take 3 of these to get 5 grams of fiber! 5 GRAMS! THATS IT!!??? FDA RDA IS AT LEAST 28G And it says "no sugar added" on the front but the back says 2 grams of sugar. They actually DID add sugar when they added the ingredient that naturally contains sugar! Take that to a class action lawsuit!!! A QUEST PROTEIN BAR HAS 15 GRAMS OF FIBER 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR FIBER, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, LIKE PROTEIN BARS, NOT METAMUCIL!
