    This is my “go to” flavor of liquid iv. The passion fruit has a little bit of tang and a little bit of sweetness to it. It’s been great for staying hydrated while breastfeeding.

    Keeping Me Hydrated

    I am not a water drinker, so Liquid IV is essential to my staying hydrated. The Passion Fruit flavor is the best option! I drink 24 oz first thing in the morning, and another 24+ oz in the afternoon. This helps me get going in the morning, and stay focused in the afternoon.

    Hydration

    I am surprised how good this taste. No strong sodium taste. They say many of us are dehydrated so this is a good way to make sure you’re hydrated. I’m not a big water drinker so I think this will help me.
