Tastes Like Fresh from the Pod!
For me, the flavor is a true, fresh-from-the-pod flavor and the peas are nice and firm, also, just like straight-from-the-pod! When I add them to a soup or casserole, I add them early if I desire for them to be softer or late in the cooking process if I desire a firmer consistency. So nice to have fresh tasting peas again that are super convenient to add to dishes or eat just on its own.

Yes, if something doesn't change, these need to stop being sold! They used to be great, but now they are pale, woody, and horrible!!! Are they years old??? I don't know what has happened, but I can't waste any more money hoping they are going to be good again just to throw them in the trash! Guess I just won't buy anymore.. So sad! And, an expensive lesson...

For years was awesome - now theyre the worst!
I don’t know what happened to the organic Good and Gather peas but they’re woody and not delicate or sweet at all now!! They used to be the best - and I love peas - but now I can’t eat this brand anymore. Maybe they changed their source idk but they’re awful. I’ve gotten them a few times over last 6 months and always awful now. Gonna have to buy elsewhere.

Used to be great, all veg are bad now
Hard peas, some look rotten. We’ve bought all frozen veggies here for years (4+ per week) and recently have had awful vegetables with every purchase. The peas are half brown and they don’t soften as they’re supposed to. We had broccoli that smelled strange and tasted awful, but wasn’t expired. Target, please get these back up to where they should be. They really need quality control!

Buy these peas!
Target's organic frozen veggies make it a lot easier to prepare meals quickly. I was never big on peas, but these are delicious! I simply add in some powdered garlic, paprika, a touch of salt and pepper and steam until tender. A wonderful protein option for those of us on vegetarian/vegan diets wishing to increase protein for workouts!
