Much better than I expected. Love the length of the shades ! Needed ambient lighting at the end of room, but did not want to interfere with my TV. 15 watt appliance bulbs used.

Love these lamps, cross between traditional with quirky lampshade. Split the lamps up into two different locations. Easy to assemble and well packed

The lamps were easy to assemble, and the perfect size for the location I was looking for. They give off the perfect amount of brightness for their size.

I love my lamps. The material of the shades match ones I already have. They don't give out a lot of light but they give out enough. They look beautiful on my table. Just what I wanted.

I'm very satisfied. My choice of the darker, warm bronze finish is a fine match to the furniture piece the lamps sit on. That the spider on one of the shades was slightly askew was not a problem. With a light application of manual "girl power", both shades are now level. I love the unique, attractive shape and size of the shades! The lamps are in a narrow room, so larger shades would negate the purposefully skinny appearance I needed. That the lamp shades have an oatmeal hue and burlap look were also drawing points for me. In accent lamps, this is just the look I wanted to achieve: vintage and suggesting a dimly-lit, quiet, personal library or office. Before ordering, I measured and considered how well the 28-inch height would work in this application, and it couldn't be a better fit. I was impressed by the care and attention to how the lamps were securely wrapped and boxed. I've purchased Lamps Plus products in the past, am currently awaiting arrival of a new order, and will continue to use this company for lighting and accent decor.

The lamps are beautiful, but only one of them works. The part that holds the bulb is wobbly which prevents from pulling the chain to turn it on.

I purchased these as an "open box" set after reading what measures are taken to ensure that the product is good as new. These items were. You could not tell the lamps were repacked. They arrived in great condition and quickly, shipping the same day that I ordered. The lamps were exactly what I was looking for. The coloring on both the shades and lamps were perfect, and sizing was great for the small table where I wanted to place them. They aren't as tall as most buffet table lamps but I wasn't looking for the really tall ones. I especially like the shape and color of the shade and pull chain. They exceeded my expectations.

These lamps looks very nice on my Buffet Server. A lot of compliments on them. I like the slim look on these lamps and the design of how the pull chain fits through a metal hook to keep the pull chain in place.

Lamps were easy to assemble. Look great with a 40-watt soft glow bulb. Perfect for a sofa table.

The lamps are very nice, especially for the price. Easy to assemble with no problems. The only con I have is how narrow the shades are. They look ok in the picture, but sitting on my furniture they look too small for the lamps, so I'll probably replace the shades (which means the lamps won't be such a great price after all!). But overall, I'm very pleased with the way the lamps themselves look.

The style of these lamps are good. But they look really cheap. The price was rather inexpensive for 2 lamps, but the look of the base could be improved. Kept them because they were inexpensive and not worth the hassle of returning. I'll probably paint the base to improve its appearance. 3 stars overall. 2 stars for having to improve appearance- didn't really need to pay retail for a project

These buffet lamps are perfect for my buffet console. They look great for the money. Not expensive but exactly what I needed to add light to a dark space.

I have purchased several lamps from Lamps plus and have always been happy with the quality of my purchase. Not so with these lamps. The chain was placed in the wrong position on BOTH lamps so that it would have been in an odd angle. The base when assembled securely was in the wrong place for the top of the lamp- I had to unscrew it partially to line up. The second lamp was not drilled properly and leans. I know you get what you pay for but I would have been better off going to a discount store and choosing two lamps that were straight and in good condition. Too much trouble to package back up to return. I like the shape and color but buyer beware. I did see others who had defective lamps but you always think it will not be you.
