Came broken
We bought this fan. We brought it home to find out. It was cracked broken and the broken piece was inside the fan and the box was super damaged. We ended up buying a box fan, which was 20 bucks so much better do not waste your money on this.

Difficult to Clean
It's very difficult to clean. It's extremely hard to unscrew. An air compressor was used to remove the dust, however, it cannot be thoroughly cleaned.

The Sound is Fine!
The reviews are weird. The product is how a typical fan sounds. Fans designed like these are not going to be super quiet. Tower fans are the type of fans someone should buy if they are sensitive to noise! This fan packs a lot of punch to be only 20 inches. I don’t have ceiling fans in my apartment so this is perfect for my bedroom. Love the oscillating feature. First night I wasn’t tossing and turning from being hot since my building turned off the air since we are now in the fall season.
