Is this supposed to be happening??
More of a question so I hope I get an answer. Already tore the box completely open because I couldn't get anything out otherwise. Part A (the sleeves, which also have E indented on the inside so I'm even more confused) won't sit flush on part B (the poles). Tried attaching pictures but it will only let me add one even tho it says I can upload six. If one side of the sleeve is clicked together, the other side will have a sizable gap. If I push that side together, the other side will then open and leave a gap. What am I doing wrong? I've watched both the video and read the directions and nothing explains why this is happening besides that I've probably been given a faulty product. Thought maybe I didn't have it aligned with a groove enough, but moving them around on the pole changes nothing.
