Dog and Cat Nose & Paw Balm - 1.5oz - Kindfull™

Bought this item as a protectant for my girls feet during the brutal Wisconsin winters. It definitely offered protection from the snow and ice and salt buildup, while nothing is 100% and you should still check their paws routinely while outside AND upon returning inside-this paw balm certainly helped. While my dog is a big baby- she did allow (read:tolerate) me to massage this into her paws before going outside, it went on easy and wasn't too thick or thin and watery/runny. It also didn't have a odor, which I liked. And I really appreciated that if she did lick her paws and ingested a small amount of the balm- the ingredients were safe and not anything that would require medical attention. TIP: I usually put the balm on her paws RIGHT before we went outside though as not to encourage her to lick it off. I would definitely recommend this paw balm as we didn't experience any paw cracking or damage (as some of her doggy friends in our neighborhood did) and I would purchase again.

Bought it today. Should’ve opened it in ten store - it’s covered in mold. Looks like a petri dish. I don’t know how this is still on the shelves looking at the reviews.

Don't buy. Opened it and it had mold.

I opened this to find a layer of mold across the surface and growing up the side of the jar. This will be going in the trash.

I brought this a few years ago so I don’t know if anything has changed. I got it because some dog balm products aren’t safe for cats and needed one that was safe for both. This was. My cats cracked feet got better, and my dogs aren’t thrilled with the feeling at first but I’d prefer that to them getting too dried out.

Bought this item in store, been applying to our senior black lab’s nose. Has greatly improved her itching/dryness. She’s been a lot more comfortable and herself. She is allergy prone and has had skin allergies her whole life - no issues with this product.

my dog’s paws have been getting dried out from the summer heat and i asked my mom what she uses for our family dog. so far he loves it!

BE CAREFUL. This product will rub hair off the bridge of your cat's nose if you get sloppy putting it just on the cats nose. Try another product.

I only used this once…luckily not on my pet…I did a test swatch to see the consistency. A few days later, it was a Petri dish full of mold.

I like the product and the ingredients however my dog just immediately licked off all the balm. I didn’t want to waste the product so instead started putting it on my feet before bed. Works great for that!

This came with what looked like little white snowflakes scattered throughout. I knew this wasn't right so I had to throw away. I don't know if it was tampered with or just old, Im so disappointed.

I started using this on my pup a few times a week since we got her to get her used to having her paws touched, and now it’s something she looked forward to getting at night. Her nails and paws are nice and moisturized.

Quality should be better, was given one already damaged and opened- seems like someone just opened it in the store and it was still given to me in my pick up order. Upon looking at other reviews, perhaps they should change back to their prior packaging to avoid this from happening and to keep the product in better condition.

It gave my 5 month French bulldog an allergic reaction. His eyes and lips swelled up. I had to give him Benadryl.

This was not sealed and completely separated. There is no way I would use this on my Sophie’s paws or nose! Terrible product.

This does the job but I like the sticks better because easier to apply

I read the reviews before I got this and I had to go in store just to make sure my eyes didn't decieve me. As someone who mixes her own oil to put in her hair, it's normal when some oils become solid. They give the appearance of "mold". This happens when oil cools. It can separate from the other oils when becoming solid. It does say it contains Shea butter which is known to become solid once cooled. Regardless. I like this product for my cats nose. His nose can get a little dry once the cool weather comes in.

Mold?? I read the reviews and decided to ignore it. Tell me why it came with spots all over! :( not sure what it is

Thought it'd be fine

I drove up and got my order, but I didn't check until I got home. It was missing the cover film, and someone had stuck their finger in it, made a smiley face, and mold/bacteria was everywhere. It looked like it just got back from a culture lab. I returned it.
