UNITE Hair 7 Seconds Shampoo 33.8 oz & Conditioner 33.8 oz Combo Pack

The shampoo & conditioner arrived and they were intact (thank goodness). I ordered them in 2/28 and they were supposed to be delivered on 3/6. They arrived in a box that was barely held together -literally torn and falling apart. It arrived 10 days late on 3/16. . They were so late that I actually ordered the exact same thing from another site. I ordered the same shampoo from Target about one month ago from a different third party and they said it had shipped and then like 10 days later just cancelled the order so even though the price was good the USPS shipping not so great. I will pay a little more for better shipping next time and actually receive the items and wont be ordered shampoo form third parties through Target again

This was purchased through the Target app from Beacon Beauty Supply. This appears to be a counterfeit item. I have been using this product for years. This was the first time I purchased through this app/seller. The fragrance is wrong, the consistency of both products is wrong, the product doe not detangle hair as it normally does, and it significantly weighs hair down, something that Unite products do not do.

I read the reviews-mixed. Decided to try- used once & my hair felt like straw. Back on the hunt for a moisturizing product that smells good.
