was worried abt this being too dark for me, as I'm very fair and cool toned (like mac NC10) but it's beautiful. very bright and shiny, can absolutely be built up to a true 2016-era blinding glazed donut look. goes on smooth. my daily go-to is colourpop lunch money, and this is like a brighter shimmery version of that.

I just literally picked up my new "Cookie" in-store pickup and compared it to the one that I am currently using. I noticed the smaller box but same ounce size. When I opened the new box, there's no longer the small brush applicator which I have been using. It's compact, works for me and is good for travel. It's very disappointing to see the various brands discontinue the powder brushes that have always come with them. No mention of it either before my purchase. I think that should be disclosed.

The whole thing was crushed when it arrived. Mailed it back. However, they didn't replace it or refund it. I will never buy anything from target website anymore. Bad service!!!

Im a light/ fair olive and i dont get as much use out of this as i was hoping. Its a very shimmery/glittery highlight not very natural. Unless you are pretty pale i dont see this being used as an everyday highlight. I use it on nights out only because its chalky and the highlight is almost iridescent. i bought it thinking it had a champagne/rosy undertone (its white/silver). Also, kinda hate that after taking my makeup off, I'll find some random sparkles on my face for a few days.
