Favorite soup ever!! So fresh tasting and flavorful. Not a lot of chicken, which I personally prefer. A lot of rice and veggies! Whenever I make this soup at work for lunch, multiple people always tell me how good it smells! So easy to make, just empty into bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Goes on sale often too.

Unfortunately, the flavor fell flat — it tasted a bit bland and watery, even after heating thoroughly. The rice was slightly overcooked, and the texture felt mushy rather than hearty. I appreciate that it’s organic and gluten-free, but I wish the flavor had more depth. Maybe it could work as a base with some added seasoning or veggies, but on its own, it just didn’t hit the mark for me.

Easy meal for a toddler
My son LOVES this soup! He is only 3 and is a picky eater but doesn’t fight me on this one. He finishes the whole can by himself. He loves the taste, texture, and it’s so easy to prep and serve to him.
