Q: The item description says that this is a 220V device. I find that very hard to believe. So, I'm confirming with you whether or not this device can be used with 120V. Thanks, Greg

Arrived smelling like urine

This item came with a stained box and when I opened it you can see hair all Over the foot warmer and it smelled like Urine! I am beyond disgusted.
