Got a used lamp

Love the lamp. Did a pickup at local Target and was disappointed that I got a used lamp that had obviously been returned. There were food spots all over the base of the lamp.

I ordered this bedside lamp to replace one that had broken. It came in a box with a piece of brown paper around it and that's it. NO padding whatsoever. Completely smashed. Come on Target, you can do better-would love to add my photo but the site won't let me.

I had to order these lamps twice and they were delivered to my home broken and crushed BOTH times. The way these lamps were "wrapped" for protection and shipping was a joke! Only brown paper was wrapped around the ceramic lamp and the shades were not protected at all. It's a waste of time and money and return processing to order lamps from Target to your home. Target is losing money on their broken items because their shipping department is not packaging them properly.

SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS is robbery. I bought this exact lamp a few years ago for $35. Target, what happened to “expect more, pay less”? I’m over the greed. You’re pushing your customers away and it’s depressing.

Target shipped 2 lamps with virtually no protective packaging and no surprise they came very damaged. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the lamps and have them replaced. Do better, Target.

Love the lamp! Great size and it appears the shade can be switched out with a harp if needed. As other reviews stated, DO NOT order these online. The packaging is horrid. Both lamps arrived with significant damage. Will be returning both but hope to find the same lamps in stock in a store.
