Total Steal!!

I was hesitant at first to purchase due to the other reviews saying the wrong model was sent; however, I decided to go with my gut and order the Smoky Pink XM5's-- they are perfect!! The sound is amazing, they are in perfect condition, and all cords/manuals were in the package as well! They took about a week to deliver, and I could not be happier! Additionally, for the price, i could not resist! I totally reccomend.

NOT A SCAM!!!!!! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened these to see the XM5 box, not xm4 or the other headphones ppl were saying they were. I may have gotten lucky but I think mine have literally never been opened, they are in perfect condition and came with every, the cords hadn't even had the paper wrap around them ripped off yet. 10/10 would recommend

Don't buy it

I bought this product a few days ago, and they sent me the wrong model. I contacted online support and was informed that I would need to visit the physical store to exchange the product. When I arrived, no one knew how to resolve my issue, and as a solution, they offered to pay $100 more to obtain the correct product. I ended up returning it and buying the product on Amazon.

I thought it would be a scam.

I was afraid to buy these because some comments said it was a scam but I'm glad I got these. I bought these about 6 months ago and they work perfectly. They sometimes shut off idk why they do that but they hold a long charge and are quick to charge.

Genuine Sony WH-1000XM5 Headphones

I was hesitant to purchase these based on previous reviews. Considering they were all from a long time ago and the most recent answered question from Target stated they were real I made the purchase. Yesterday, after about 5 days, I received the package and opened it up. They are, indeed, Sony XM5 headphones. The first thing I did was charge them, setup the app, and mow my lawn. I had my volume about 1/3 up and I couldn't hear the hum of the mower. It wasn't until I paused the music that I could hear a slight noise; it's a strange feeling because it's usually really loud to mow it. I have only used them an hour or two, but the sound is good; I like the Bright EQ setting I'm finding. Being refurbished, I didn't see any scratches. When setting up the app the headphones remembered 2 previous iPhones, which I deleted from the list. After installing the app, it installed the latest firmware too. I will continue to put the headphones through their paces, but so far so good. I have never had premium noise cancelling headphones before so I don't know how they compare to the Bose QC or Sony XM4 headphones, but in the couple of times I tried them out they were doing wonders.
