  • A: GSM is grams per square meter. Look for sheets that are a 100 or higher. Some manufacturers list the ounces - 5-6 oz for flannel is heavy weight. Also, take the thread count into consideration.

  • A: Hi, the sheets and pillowcases are cut generously sized to account for shrinkage. Due to cotton natural characteristics, the fabric shrinks every time. The fabric is pre-washed and sanforized to lower the shrinkage. Thanks.

    Poor quality flannel sheet material

    I was so disappointed in the quality of these sheets. The fabric is poor–pills terribly, heavy shedding after each washing, uncomfortable and scratchy to sleep on. Description of sheets says they are brushed for softness, but most of the softness seems to be have been brushed away. I was looking forward to using these, as I really enjoy flannel sheets. But the fabric quality of these sheets is inferior and very uncomfortable. I will be returning them, as I cannot sleep on them. Pattern's great, they look nice, but bottom line, they are terribly uncomfortable.
