Doesn't Close All The Way
I’m not sure if the one I received was defective or if they’re all sold this way - but there’s space between the two heating plates and they don’t touch , making it impossible to straighten any thinner sections of your hair. Pic attached is me squeezing it as hard as I can and holding it up to the light so you can see the amount of space that remains. Returning as it just isn’t going to work on my hair.

It doesn’t close all the way, no matter how hard you squeeze it, so the hair just slides right through the plates and doesn’t get straightened. Will sadly have to return. It’s cute though.

if you’re looking for a high performance iron, this probably isn’t it. but if you’re looking for an iron that can smooth out a day 2 blowout or straighten any kinks from air drying no problem, she’s your girl! I purchased with realistic expectations because of the low price point, and she exceeded them! for reference, my hair is nearly waist length, 2A, and thick.

Worth straightener I have ever bought
I don't write reviews usually but I was very disappointed with this flat iron. Everyone you run it through a piece of your hair you have to wait 10-20 more seconds for the flat iron to heat back up to temperature before you can straighten another piece of hair and if you don't wait till it heats back up it just doesn't straighten it. And it takes more then 30s the heat up originally more like 2 minute's. And my hair only stayed straighten for about 2 hours then it fluffed back up. I would not recommend this to anyone .
