TENCEL™ Duvet Cover and Sham Set - Threshold™

This item is not worth the price. Looks cheap, it is supposedly queen size, but there was too much room for my duvet. It was also missing some of the strings to tie to the duvet. I returned it.

This satin duvet set and the matching sheets are beautiful! The color is a vibrant hue and the complete set as well as the sheets are extremely soft. I fave this duvet and sheet set a star rating , especially now that I have used it .

It’s a gorgeous fabric and the color is very accurate on screen. Unfortunately it’s not a “cooling fabric” - every night since I put it on I have woke up absolutely drenched in sweat. Worse than any other blanket I have ever used. Also, my duvet underneath just bunches up to one side despite having it tied in each corner, that has never happened in other duvet covers.

I bought these hoping they would be a dupe for the West Elm Tencel Sheets & at first, I thought they felt really plastic-y and was disappointed. After their first wash, that has completely dissipated, and they're super soft. I think they will only get softer with time. They are nice and lightweight. Will definitely keep buying these instead!

Nice! The color is a soft white. The feel is silky smooth and cool to the touch. The fabric is light-weight but not flimsy or cheap. It washes well but does wrinkle easily. I don’t mind that too much because it gives a natural linen vibe. And of course the price was good. I’m pleased with this purchase.

While this duvet is very soft and has a cooling aspect that I love. This purchase was short lived. After the first wash the luster and shine of the duvet quickly faded. I have not washed it 3 times and it has a “ashiness” to the color. I have dry it try and preserve some of the life but it’s been no help. The color is beautiful and the feeling is still there just the vibrancy of the color and texture is gone.

I bought this duvet cover today for $70! Came home and right away as I normally do with new bedding, I took it out of the package and washed it. I saw no issue before washing and after, I went to tie the corners to my duvet insert and one tie fell off. I thought it was no big deal I’ll just sew it back on, but first I thought I better check the other corners to see if I should touch any of those up. I found 1 tie….there is 1 tie attached to this duvet cover, 1 that fell off and I can’t find the other 2. Not only was it missing ties, it also has loose thread everywhere and feels very cheap. I can see through this duvet cover, it’s no longer as soft as it was and the color faded after that one wash. I paid $70 for this duvet cover and not even 3 hours later it’s ruined!! I’m sure I can’t return it now that it’s been washed and the packaging was thrown away so thats great. If you decide to buy it just make sure you keep the packaging because you will need that when you go to return it!

It's a nice comforter but it is wayy too big for my king comforter. It has so much extra fabric

Great so far. I bought the cream color and it’s kept a great color after the first wash. I haven’t had any issues with fraying yet. The smell others describe was very faint on mine and disappeared after washing it. I did purchase in-store which probably helped. The cooling effect is fabulous, just what I was looking for. It is a little wrinkly but that personally doesn’t bother me; I’m not looking for something perfect and crisp.

After washing it once, the beautiful appearance is practically gone. It’s so dull and unimpressive now. Also, my black dogs fur is somehow highlighted. Wish I wouldn’t have bought it.

I really wanted to love these sheets, they’re incredibly soft and comfortable. However, after just a month and a half of use, they ripped. For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, they didn’t hold up.

The look of the fabric and the color were very nice. However, the smell was very strong and chemical like. Also, there was a snag seen as I was unboxing it, and then all of the seems had strings coming off of it. I returned it because those issues were a red flag.

Not impressed, especially for the price tag. First, the color is beautiful but, after the first wash the material looks exactly like cheap microfiber. Uneven color, rough surface fibers and collects dust. It’s much easier to see in natural lighting so I took a couple pics. It does feel cool before you wash it and is only cooling if the temps are already cooler, in my experience, which sucks because I bought it as our weather was heating up and our A/C wasn’t working well. Second, it holds stains very easily. I accidentally touched it to my lips when I had chapstick on and the stain will not come out. It also is very thin and hugs every single box in our down alternative duvet insert so it just looks like a chess board on the bed. A lot of these things might be better hidden in one of the lighter colors like the blush or beige but this wine color did not impress. The zippers also feel very cheap and I won’t be surprised if they break easily. All in all, not worth $90. To be honest I typically get exclusively Target bedding because I always love their cotton stuff but I’m thinking “Lyocell” is just a new fancy word for microfiber which I hate.

Bought this last month, after 1 wash, it ripped at the zipper. Found 3 new ripped areas today while I was sewing up the first ripped spot. Very frustrating.

We have cats in our home and this bedding lasted about a week before the threads were pulling out. Additionally the zippers on the shams lasted one wash before they ripped and separated. We love the cooling and the color. Unfortunately, not a very durable product.

I needed a new duvet and really liked the look and reviews of this set. It wasn't offered in stores so I was hoping it'd be as soft as everyone claimed, to my surprise: It was!!! I’m still workinh on my Valentine's Day decor, but couldn’t resist getting a glimpse. As you can see, I own a few Target items (excuse the wrinkles) that compliment and lovely accessorize. This set will definitely go well with Thanksgiving & Christmas decor as well. P.S. my bed is a queen, but my duvet is a king :)

So soft and silky to touch! Feels like I’m at a hotel! Didn’t have a problem with a weird smell like other reviews are saying!
