I'm so grateful that I can get these lasagne noodle online, as the stores I frequent don't sell them any more. They sell an inferior brand that comes all broken up in the box and is a lot more expensive.

best noodles out there

Have enjoyed using all the different varieties of this company's brown rice noodles. Gluten eaters tend to agree that for lasagna especially, these beat out the wheat versions for taste, chewiness, overall satisfaction.

I am having issues with wheat but love my pasta. This lets me have it and can't tell the difference from wheat pasta. Only company I have found that I can say that about.
