good tasting
I love coconut manna aka coconut butter. It's the whole nut/fruit creamed. It's good (sweet) plain, mixed in coffee, cacao, good for so many uses. The plastic holding the lid on is almost impossible to get off though (used steak knife and scissors) and it's a sharp ragged edge all around the jar and scratches my hand every time I open it. Also, since it ships from iherb/swanson/vitacost it doesn't qualify for Target discounts. It's good but because of the overwrap, I will buy Artisana or another brand from now on.

Top of the Line
Of three coconut butters we've tried, this seems the best to us. My wife loves little chunks right out of the jar. As for me, I'm able to get by with Nature's Way Raw Coconut. It's a little cheaper, but good enough for me, and the plastic jars never get broken in shipment like the Nutiva has in the past. But Swanson has been doing a better packing job lately, and this Nutiva Manna definitely seems the best to us. The wife wants this one, so I get it for her.

I've been buying Nutiva coconut manna for a few years. It's that good. A bit nitty, a bit coconuty...heaven on a spoon. Rich and filling. Love it in my oatmeal or on toast. A must try!!!

I had never heard of Coconut Manna, but upon reading about it, and tha reviews I realized it was a perfect addition to my healthy eating regime, since I have the Coconut oil, by tha same company and its of very good quality...Was not disappointed at all...taste GREAT....would and will purchase again.

This Coconut Manna is smooth and delish! Warm the jar in warm water or just spoon it out of the jar. I make keto fat bombs with it, just take a melon baller to form the balls, roll in crushed nuts and dip or drizzle with 90% dark chocolate.

Wow, I've been eating lots of things coconut and this coconut butter is probably the most delicious of everything. I never knew coconuts could be so healthy for a person or so delicious when made into a butter spread. I like eating it alone and also I like having it on hand for bread recipes and adding to smoothies. Thanks for offering this great product Swansons.

Perfect dessert for ketosis. I was hooked on coconut milk out of the can, but decided to do away with eating from aluminum cans. This is great because it is stored in a glass jar, and is very delicious mixed with kerry gold butter.

I love coconut butter and this one is really good! It's a bit dry other than the layer of oil on the top. I mix it in as good as I can and as I get lower in the jar, I add more coconut oil to make it a spreadable consistency.

Unique Food
This is so unique that everyone should try it at least once. I usually offer it to guests and always get a surprised, favorable response and the inevitable "Where do you get this!?". It's nice to have a different spread for toast/bagels, and it adds a nice dimension to smoothies or mixed in with fruit. Be aware that it gets unbelievably hard in cold weather.

A quick delicious snack
I'm Thrilled that I can now buy Manna from Swanson. Swanson is cheaper than my local health food store AND Amazon! I discovered Manna a few years ago. When I'm craving a naughty treat I take a teaspoon of Manna instead. Manna has coconut fiber so it's almost like a candy bar. In the summer, if it gets too soft, I put it in the fridge. I also add 85% cocoa chocolate to it or real peanut butter (crushed peanuts) and sometimes spices. It's a healthy delicious product. I trust Nutiva and I think they're the only ones who make Manna.

Good Product
Really enjoy this product on oatmeal. Add it on top of the oatmeal after cooked and mix with some raw almond butter...yum!!! Consistency is thick but with the hot weather right now, it is much easier to stir and melts once on top of the hot oatmeal. Tried adding it to yogurt but it just hardened so didn't care for it like that.

I love using the coconut manna in my smoothies. It adds just a light coconut flavor and I am getting my Omega 3 which is so good for body and especially brain health. I have shared it with a friend and she enjoys it too. She like to put it on crackers. I don't eat bread, but sounds like it would also be great in place of butter on toast. Am sure I will find more yummy, healthy uses.

This coconut manna tastes terrific. I eat a spoonful daily. It has actually taken the place of me having to have a bite of chocolate daily. It is not smooth and oily. It has a great texture that is similar to a chocolate bar. I do not cook with this, I just eat it. Lol. Too delicious to waste in a frying pan.
