Everyone loves it.
My wife absolutely loves it. Everyone who comes over loves it also. Even the grandchildren love it. It's fun to see new pictures from the family from all kinds of activities with the grandchildren. We get pictures from school sports, cheerleading, summer vacations, or just moments they want to share. It is so easy for them to just email the pictures to our frame no matter where they are.

Frame keeps crashing
You can upload photos through the app or emailing them in. Except every time I email photos, the frame crashes. It shows one photo in the gallery even though I have over a thousand. Delete that photo and it shows I have none. Reset the frame and it gets stuck on a new photo. Factory reset and it MAYBE fixes the problem. Customer service can't figure it out either and this has been going on for MONTHS. At this point I'm better off buying a cheap tablet and setting it to scroll through photos. Waste of money.

Extra monthly fee
Potential buyers beware: you will most likely end up paying full price for this frame expecting to see tons of pictures that you love. Prepare to have to pay a MONTHLY FEE unless you only want 500 mb worth of pictures, definitely was not advertised at the time of purchase. $29.99 isn’t a lot of money for a years worth of access, until you realize you’re paying to see your own pictures on a frame that was paid full price for.
