10/10 Noodles

This is my favorite flavor from the A-Sha and Momofuku Noodle Line! I love the texture of this particular noodle, and the sauce clings to the noodle so well. Eggs, scallions, and chili sauce are my favorite toppings to add to these noodles. I love how simple and easy these are to prep; they made a great quick dinner/lunch meal. Highly recommend!
