Knorr Au Jus is the flavor of comfort food to me. Use it as the broth for a French dip, pour it over mashed potatoes as the gravy, add a green veg and some fruit so you don’t feel massively unhealthy, and you have the perfect easy satisfying savory meal in 20 minutes. I forgot how much I enjoy this sauce from my childhood but it’s definitely going into the rotation now that I’m in charge of the meal planning.

I like that it is not lumpy but smooth. All you need is one pack and that is enough for a meal. Next time I would definitely try some other Knorrs Gravy Mixes.
