Q: Can raccoons get into this?

  • A: It is possible for raccoons to climb into a raised garden bed if only garden bed. However, our item using a crop cage or shade cloth can help deter raccoons and other pests from accessing your plants. Additionally, you can consider adding a wire mesh or hardware cloth around the sides and bottom of the planter box to further prevent raccoons from getting in.

We will see...

My wife assembled this and we got it in our spot. It looks promising but I’m concerned at how lightweight the netting and cage is. On one hand she can flip it out of the way easily. On another hand I’m worried the wind will tear this up. Will update at the season progresses.
